Los Angeles DUI Prosecution Using Marijuana breathalyzers
Law Enforcement looks at drug usage as a DUI waiting to happen. This is especially a problem for Los Angeles DUI prosecution, which is aware of medicinal and recreational marijuana in Los Angeles. Driver’s impairment is a factor in drug DUI prosecution and the more a driver appears impaired, the more likely he would face police scrutiny, prosecution, and punishments.
